Our first monthly dinner of 2015 was at The Queenshead Eurobar on Central Avenue in St. Petersburg. Tonight’s special was Fish + Chips:
We decided to start out with a couple of appetizers:
After much study of the wide menu, we decided to diversify with our dinner choices:
What? All you see is fish and chips with mint peas? Well, here is the diversity:
Some of us used cocktail sauce, some of us used tartar sauce, some of us used malt vinegar and some of us used ketchup on the chips. 🙂
By the end of the meal, most plates were clear of the fish and chips. However, many of the mint peas remained. I’m sure this is because we were full and did not have room for this fine vegetable.
We are looking forward to more great meals in 2015.
